I was a teenager in the 90s, this was the sound and fashion, with all our indie bands and Mtv and cool pop, rock and rave culture... it was so much more simpler. The beat in the song is reminiscent of Manchester bands like the Stone Roses and the vocals The Charlatans specifically.. Nokia phones were just becoming a thing. But here in the UK we were always out on the pull with our mates, wether it was a house party, a park or pub or club.. It really was always party time.The song reminds me of teen movie soundtracks... I remember back then, going to see American Pie at the cinema on a Friday night and everyone gave it a standing ovation at the end... haha.. It really was always party time. I feel sorry for the teenagers at the moment and I hope the sun shines for you all again soon xx
